Monovi Studio (Shipping Policy)

All of Monovi Studio’s products are made to order (Print-on-Demand) and shipped accordingly.

1. Production and Shipping Period

All orders are produced after the order is received.

Production time: 2–5 business days

Delivery time (within the United States): 2–5 business days

Delivery time (international shipping): 10–20 business days

(Excluding weekends and public holidays. During holidays or peak order seasons, slight delays may occur.)

2. Shipping Fee Information

Standard shipping fee: It is automatically calculated at the checkout based on the shipping address.

Free shipping on purchases over $150

3. Order Tracking

Once the item has been shipped, a shipping confirmation email containing the tracking number will be sent. You can check the real-time delivery status through the link in this email.

4. Information on Split Shipping

If you order multiple items or different types of goods, they may be shipped separately in different packaging depending on the type of product or the location of the printing factory. In this case, multiple tracking numbers may be issued.

5. Customs duties and taxes (international shipping)

Customs duties, clearance fees, and value-added tax (VAT) incurred during international shipping are subject to the laws of the destination country and are the responsibility of the recipient (customer).

6. Incorrect shipping address

If the item is returned because the customer entered an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for the reshipping cost. If you need to change the address after placing an order, please contact customer service immediately within 12 hours after placing your order.
